My prior experience working in international development on a health project showed me that many of the international organizations I partnered with faced similar challenges, such as access to finance, governance, supply chain, and business management. I decided to pursue an MBA because I wanted to develop the skills necessary to create solutions for these challenges.
I also wanted to accelerate my career, open myself to broader opportunities and develop my business foundation. After Ross I would like to go into strategy consulting for the short term and eventually end up in the social impact space in the long term. I was initially interested in Ross because of its emphasis on positive business, social impact, and action based learning. I chose Ross because of the wonderful community.
