Sasha Rodriguez Kolodkin

I came to Ross because I wanted to answer three key questions: How should tech firms decide what to build? How do you sustainably scale an enterprise without losing sight of your mission? Can you survive the Ann Arbor winter in just a single layer of fleece-lined leggings? I've learned the answer to one of these questions. When I'm not studying, I'm serving my section as DEI chair, advocating for LGBTQ rights, or reading up on post-Soviet history.  This past summer, I interned at McKinsey and would be happy to share more about my experience.
