I started my career in Federal Strategy & Operations consulting in DC/Chicago and then took a big leap of faith into the nonprofit world to join a workforce development organization that provides skills and corporate internships/jobs for young adults without college degrees. My nonprofit's mission inspired me to pursue my MBA and pivot into human resources. Grounded in DEI, my goal is to drive efforts to support, retain, and advance diverse and high-potential BIPOC talent into higher, more senior-level roles to drive organizational and systemic change. I came to Ross because of their strong commitment to DEI and the wealth of opportunities that I could engage in to gain skills, knowledge, and experiences to drive structural change and be a human-centered and innovative leader.
