Before Ross, I was a technology consultant at Deloitte, serving clients across industries on technology transformations to mitigate evolving risks. While I enjoyed my time at Deloitte, my inner desire to explore new career opportunities and hone leadership skills has led me to Ross. I fell in love with this place from day one. Everyone is always so willing to support each other and I know this is a safe place for me to take risks and learn. In addition, as an international student, I can proudly say that Ross' emphasis on diversity and inclusion is not just a marketing slogan. It is indeed in its DNA.
