Stephen Joshua Hartono

Prior to Ross, I was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Asia Pacific, focusing on Cost Transformation and Operational Excellence projects. I am passionate to combine my engineering degree and business experiences to solve challenging problems at global organizations. I decided to join Ross to advance my leadership skills, enhance my business acumen, and develop a network with diverse communities to achieve my goal as a well-rounded leader. I chose Michigan Ross because the school is the leader in action-based learning and has well-known centers that align with my goal in the future.

I just got married one month before school started. My wife moved to Ann Arbor with me and we were sad to leave our lovely corgi in Indonesia, but I can't wait to explore Ann Arbor, Detroit, and the United States as this is our first time in the States. I have a good feeling that we can beat Ohio State this year! Go Blue!
