Prior to Ross, I worked for an electronic manufacturing company as an operations project manager for six years. Brands impact products, whereas OEMs simply follow clients' instructions. However, I would like to become a decision maker. Being on the production line and having the chance to help improve the operations inspired me to pursue an operations strategic consulting role in the future. To achieve that, I would not only need to strengthen my strategic and data analysis skills but also gain more operations and supply chain management experiences. Ross and Tauber Institute were just the right fits for me. Additionally, Ross's collaborative culture was what I valued the most during my MBA application journey.
