Dean DeRue Virtually Addresses Michigan Ross Community, Thanks Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni, and Partners for their Resiliency and Support During a Challenging Time

Scott DeRue, the Edward J. Frey Dean of the Ross School of Business, shared a video message of gratitude to the entire Michigan Ross community for how they have pulled together and adapted to a virtual working, teaching, and learning environment.  

In the video from his home office, DeRue said he is deeply grateful for the resiliency and support shown by students, faculty, staff, alumni, and corporate and educational partners during such a challenging and uncertain time. 

He also said he has been impressed with the flexibility and creativity of Ross community members to live up to the school’s mission, values, and ideals to make a positive impact while navigating through these unprecedented times.
