Gwen is an experienced health care strategy and marketing professional with a track record of success across diverse strategic and operational roles in life science and pharmacy benefits management sectors. In her current role at Orexo, a Swedish-based specialty pharmaceutical company, she is leading a multi-disciplinary team in the introduction of the company’s first digitally based therapy option to enhance the well-being of those impacted by depression.
Prior to her current role, Gwen held leadership positions in strategy and marketing at blue chip companies such as CVS Caremark (Director, Product Innovation and Development); EMD Serono (Regional Marketing Director); Medco (Senior Director Physician Engagement); and Novartis (Product Director, Neuroscience).
In addition to an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business, Gwen holds a BA in Economics from the State University of NY at Albany.
On her free time, Gwen serves as a volunteer tutor for adults with literacy challenges through Proliteracy USA, a group she has supported for more than 1o years. She resides in northern NJ and enjoys volunteering at her church, exercise/fitness, Broadway theater, the arts, as well as international travel.
