Career Background

Jennifer Nash brings 25 years of experience at senior-level and executive leadership roles in industry and consulting to her coaching work. Prior to founding Nash Consulting & Associates, a global executive coaching and consulting firm, she served as Chief of Staff at Deloitte Consulting. Jennifer combines her passion for coaching and expertise in partnering with leaders to drive strategic performance through behavior change and measurable results. 


Jennifer draws on her expertise, training, and interest in coaching neuroscience, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, adult learning, leadership development, dance, and psychology to inform her coaching approach. Her coaching services offer clients a practical, evidence-based approach customized to their needs. Jennifer has partnered with Director, Vice President, and CxO leaders at distinguished organizations such as Deloitte, the University of Michigan, Ford Motor Company, Whirlpool Corporation, Magic Leap, Morgan Stanley, Westinghouse, BorgWarner, Ansell, SAP, Dana Holding Corporation, and the State of New York, among many others.
