On-Campus Events

  • Corporate presentations are a good choice for a well-established company which historically draws a large crowd or a new company with a high level of visibility.

  • Presentations begin the week of Sept. 11 for full-time Graduate recruiting and full-time/internship MAcc and Undergraduate recruiting; September 18 for joint full-time and internship MBA presentations; Oct. 30 for MBA presentations targeting internship positions only.

  • Presentations are held Monday through Thursday evenings after 5 p.m. for masters students, 5:45 pm  for BBA students, and are typically located in our facilities.

  • All Ross classrooms are equipped with standard A/V equipment, including a desktop computer, PC laptop hook-up, projector and microphone.

  • Our classrooms will accommodate up to 85-95 people, Robertson Auditorium 500 and the Colloquium 150. If you anticipate higher attendance, please contact your industry's Recruiting Relations Manager for details on nearby venues. If you choose to host a presentation outside our facilities, please be sure to coordinate with our office so we can avoid scheduling a conflicting presentation within the same industry/functional area.

Networking Hours

Many companies choose to host networking hours to meet students on an informal basis.

Networking hours are usually conducted in the Ross Winter Garden for a few hours during the day and usually take place the day of or the day following a corporate presentation or other recruiting event.

Some larger companies who typically have a high level of interest from students have found one-on-one scheduled networking hours to be more successful than an open format.  Out of respect for students' class responsibilities, the ideal time to schedule one-on-one meetings would be in the evenings and all day on Fridays.

Host a company Pre-night to meet students you'll be interviewing the next day and answer frequently asked questions; this is a great opportunity to meet with students on a more informal basis prior to the interview.
