Mark's primary area of interest is in helping organizations achieve sustainable exceptional performance by helping individuals achieve their full potential. He works with clients internationally, and is based in Berkshire, England.
Mark has extensive experience of working with senior executives and their teams as they lead their organizations through significant change processes. He has more than 20 years of experience working in these areas as both an in-house practitioner in companies such as American Express, Diageo, Goldman Sachs, and Telefonica O2, and as an external consultant to a number of FTSE and Fortune 100 companies. His personal experience of leading large-scale change programs allows him to understand the challenges and pressures that executives face.
Mark has worked with Positive Organizational Scholarship concepts since 2006. He has been a faculty member on Michigan Ross’ Positive Leadership programs and has worked with a number of organizations as they have implemented the POS approach.
