Shahnaz Broucek brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across multiple industries to her work as an executive coach. She helps leaders achieve business goals that drive bottom line results, such as increasing employee engagement, improving communication skills, enhancing decision-making ability, and managing uncertainty and change with less stress, increased clarity, and confidence. Her coaching approach is founded in mindful engagement and other positive business best practices that reflect the latest research in applied neuroscience and emotional intelligence.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Shahnaz progressed through several leadership roles, including public accounting, executive search, new business development, and as a small business owner. There, she developed and implemented strategies to attract, retain, and develop the talent and culture needed to drive organizational growth and effectiveness.

Shahnaz is passionate about coaching corporate teams, executives, and graduate students. Through her personal experience as an Executive MBA graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Shahnaz brings a compassionate perspective to MBA students who are seeking further education as a means to career advancement or transition.
