
Silke Janz
Silke works with leaders to enhance both the quality and results they experience in their work and life. With more than 15 years of experience, Silke has developed leaders in the corporate, non-profit, and academic setting, serving both as internal and external coach and consultant.
Silke has a unique combination of experiences and specialties, including leadership development expertise, coaching, emotional intelligence and cross-cultural experience, all of which she integrates to benefit her clients.
Silke is Associate Director at the Sanger Leadership Center at the Ross School of Business, where she designs and runs leadership development programs for students in a variety of academic programs at Ross.
Prior to coming to Michigan, Silke served at Bose Corporation as internal Leadership Coach and Consultant. Previous to that, she worked at Harvard’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, providing leadership development, coaching, and internal consulting.
Early in her career, Silke served as management trainer, providing leadership assessment and training for organizations including Allergan, Bain Capital, Bremer Landesbank, Ernst & Young, McKesson, International Monetary Fund, Novelis, Philips, and Sparkasse Dortmund.
