Program Structure

This live virtual program occurs for three hours, once per week, for three weeks.  *Participants will receive a 10% discount to Ascending to the C-Suite, if accepted.

Session One:

  • Global Observations on C-Suite Leadership - maintaining career momentum and the importance of epitomizing positivity.
  • Insider View of the C-Suite (panel of executives).

Session Two:

  • Agile Decision Making - helping leaders develop an agile and systematic decision making process that will enable their teams to make better decisions, particularly in an increasingly volatile and fast-changing world.
  • Innovation - embracing virtual technologies to maintain and accelerate innovations while building teams globally.

Session Three:

  • Inclusive Leadership - how to build equity and inclusion while keeping your culture strong and building diversity.
  • Are you ready - demystifying the core skills plus attributes of positive leaders.
