Director, Open Enrollment Programs
Christine is an accomplished higher education and communications professional with a combination of successful experience administering, promoting, and instructing programs in higher education. Christine returned to Michigan Ross in 2017, and is responsible for recommending executive education programs to individuals and organizations to develop workforce talent. Christine also teaches Introduction to Business Communication in the Bachelor of Business Administration program.
Christine has served in a wide variety of roles throughout the University of Michigan and elsewhere. Her career spans more than twenty-five years, including a prior tenure at Michigan Ross as well as roles in sales, marketing, training, and nonprofit leadership. Christine is a dedicated college instructor with a history of teaching communication courses both online and in the traditional classroom.
Christine earned a BA in political science from the University of Michigan and has an MA in communication from Eastern Michigan University. While at Eastern Michigan University, Christine achieved the President’s Circle of Excellence, earning a 4.0 GPA, and was awarded the Graduate Dean’s Award for Research Excellence for her thesis, Metaphorical Analysis and Organizational Change.
Christine is the parent of three children and has been married to her “name twin,” Chris, for twenty-five years. In her spare time, Christine enjoys reading books in the political and biographical genres, biking, and helping her family and others achieve their goals.
