Richard Olson is an experienced people, programs, and project manager with more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He has been working with Ross Executive Education since 2005 creating and building relationships with some of the world’s most respected companies.
Richard brings a wealth of leadership experience from senior roles in education, transportation, food, manufacturing, inventory and warehouse management, system integration, and security systems. His expertise in corporate education, as well as consulting focused on business development, marketing, and leadership development, give him unique capabilities in helping individuals and organizations thrive.
Richard’s broad perspective is a powerful asset in meeting the professional development needs of leaders from a wide range of commercial and nonprofit sectors. Experienced with all elements of program design and program management, Richard advises clients with professional development needs ranging from front-line managers to C-suite and board of director levels. Richard has a Bachelor of Science in business administration and master’s degree in counseling from Capella University, Minneapolis, Minnesota. In his free time he enjoys family time, golf, watching sports, sampling craft beers, home improvement, and time on the water.
