Scott Shawcross has been successfully managing the delivery of custom and open-enrollment leadership development programs at Michigan Ross since 2009. Before that, he successfully developed, taught, and managed executive and high-potential manager training programs within GM University at General Motors for 10 years. He also brings experience from the HR development, organizational development, and HR management roles he filled during his 26 years at General Motors.
Scott offers strong skills in training design and development, platform delivery, OD facilitation and project management. He received his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his BS in communications from Cornell University.
Scott is married with two children and one grandchild. Outside of work he enjoys playing keyboards, woodworking, and skiing.
