Goodwill Industries of West Michigan is working to ensure that all unsold donations find a home. As a result we are developing a remanufacturing strategy for many of the materials that go unsold. We have partnered with an Israeli based company, Daika, to create new furniture and like products out of unsold wood based materials. Our goal would be for the U of M MAP MBA Students to help us develop a business plan, research regulatory/permitting requirements and provide/establish agreement drafts.

Develop the vision for a Business Education Navigator (a "GPS for Learning") for MBA students and outline an implementation roadmap and a go-to-market strategy.

Formulate a detailed 3 - 5 year strategic plan to make GM's eCommerce platform best-in-class at marketing and selling software and hardware products

Identify viable products to reach target millennial consumer base

Analyze the breadth of market accelerator activities and regional policies to determine GM's strategy for alternative energy vehicles
