Ross Master of Management students participate in a dynamic career search journey that actually begins before the program officially even starts.

In April and May you conduct a number of career exploration activities related to business, and self-assessment exercises to help you determine the ideal career for you. Once the program begins, you complete a rigorous sequence of career search activities that include developing your odyssey, resume and cover letter writing, creation of your LinkedIn profile, mock networking, and mock interview events that will prepare you to excel during your job search starting in the fall.

Master of Management students have received a number of outstanding offers for positions in a diverse set of industries, including consulting, technology, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, and the public sector. Positions include roles in finance, marketing, consulting, sales, and business development, among others.
