At Ross, our goal is to ensure that you achieve your vision of personal and professional success. Ross Career Services supports that goal in a variety of ways, giving you access to recruiters or helping you plan an individualized, off-campus career search.

Career Exploration Activities

Your career search actually begins before the first day of classes.

In April-May, incoming Master of Management students engage in career exploration activities led by Ross Career Services. These activities equip incoming students with crucial knowledge about different types of careers, including consulting, marketing, and corporate finance. Leveraging this, students engage in a selection of dynamic self-assessment exercises to further define the type of careers that best fit their interests, values, and skills.

Workshops Tailored for Master of Management Students

Once students arrive in Ann Arbor in mid-June for the on-campus start of the program, they participate in a series of intensive, hands-on workshops designed to provide a foundation for a successful job search. Workshop topics include resume and cover letter writing, networking skills and tips from former recruiters. These workshops are customized to the unique characteristics and attributes of MM students. A successful career search requires self-reflection, commitment, and a plan of attack. The summer programming for MM students led by Ross Career Services have one goal: help students reach their goals.

On-campus and Off-campus Recruiting

Numerous Fortune 500 companies come to Ross each fall to recruit our students. MM students benefit from corporate presentations, networking events, and on-campus interview opportunities to successfully launch their careers. For student with unique career interests, our team of professionals assist in conducting a successful off-campus search to find the best career fit.
