It Just Keeps Getting Better: Incoming Michigan Ross MBA Students Make Up Strongest Class Ever
Last year our incoming Full-Time MBA class broke three school records before classes even started. Well, it’s about to happen again.
When classes officially begin for Michigan Ross students next week, we will welcome another group of record-breaking Full-Time MBA students.
The Full-Time MBA Class of 2020 has an average GMAT score of 720 — four points higher than the record high set by last year’s incoming class.
In addition, the class includes the highest number of women to ever be a part of a Michigan Ross MBA class, continuing a strong commitment to improving the gender diversity in business school. The international representation in the class is also strong, with students holding passports from 40 different countries around the world.
This strong class is joining an equally strong Michigan Ross. The Full-Time MBA program was ranked #7 in the latest U.S. News & World Report ranking, and Ross saw increases in many major rankings throughout the last year.
The annual ranking from U.S. News looks at a combination of assessments from peer schools and MBA hiring companies; the quality of incoming students; and the career outcomes of the most recent graduating class. Michigan Ross performed extraordinarily well across all of these metrics.
We have no doubt that the Full-Time MBA Class of 2020 will accomplish many more great things during their time here and beyond.
To the incredible new class: Welcome to Michigan Ross and Go Blue!
