Michigan Ross Alum Suman Mishra Listed on The Economic Times “40 Under Forty”

The definitive listing of India's top business leaders, The Economic Times’ “40 Under Forty” honors the brightest corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and owner-professionals of the country under the age of 40.

Michigan Ross alum Suman Mishra, MBA ‘06, made the list.

Since graduating from Michigan Ross, Mishra has enjoyed a successful career. She ascended through the ranks of McKinsey & Co., eventually joining their Gurgaon, India, office as an associate partner. Mishra then joined Cipla Ltd. as head of corporate project management. 

Currently, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, an Indian multinational car manufacturing corporation, is home for Mishra where she serves as senior vice president of strategy. In this role, she drives high-impact strategic projects with various group businesses, handles business turnaround, and oversees new venture activities.

Mishra defines success as "always giving it your best, in every small or big thing that you do, without being too worried about the outcome."
