I vividly remember the first day of orientation at Ross. It reminded me of the first day of middle school – everyone had on their best clothes, a fresh haircut and everyone was thinking the same thing: “I hope I fit in!” I was no different.

One of the primary reasons I came to business school was to develop leadership skills.
