Jordan Davis

Jordan Davis is an Acquisitions & Development Associate at Related Urban, the affordable and workforce housing development platform of The Related Group in Miami, Florida.

In his current role at Related Urban, Jordan spearheads new business origination across the State of Florida, focusing on affordable, workforce, and mixed-income housing development. Since 2020, he has helped secure the competitive development rights to $1 Billion in new mixed-income development through strategic public-private partnerships.

Prior to Related Urban, Jordan worked as a Development Associate for The NRP Group covering San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. He also interned for Thor Equities in New York City.

Jordan received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with distinction, in 2017. Jordan served as President of the Michigan Real Estate Club from 2014-2017 and founded the Michigan Yoga Club. He is Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Program (Miami) and Co-President of the Michigan Alumni Association of Miami / Ft. Lauderdale. Jordan is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and enjoys listening to vintage concerts from Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band.
