Career Background

Brandi Pitts is an imaginative brand builder and transformational growth leader. In September 2023, she was appointed to the role of Vice President, Integrated Marketing at Ulta Beauty. She leads brand strategy, social marketing, storytelling and activation across all consumer marketing channels to spark discovery for Ulta Beauty guests.

Brandi’s experience spans all facets of marketing, including brand management, advertising, digital strategy, eCommerce and innovation, for leading consumer and technology brands. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Brandi was Global Head of Digital Marketing at Meta and Head of Marketing for Meta Elevate, a digital marketing learning platform dedicated to improving the economic success of Black and Hispanic small businesses.

She was previously Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce at Reynolds Consumer Products where she built the organization’s eCommerce capability, creating a new growth engine for the Reynolds Wrap and Hefty brand portfolios. Her additional past roles include Director of Marketing Strategy at Ogilvy and Marketing Director at Kraft Foods where she blended creativity and analytics to develop impactful digital strategies and marketing campaigns.

Brandi earned a BBA from Howard University and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She has been recognized in Crain's Chicago Business “Notable Black Leaders and Executives” and "40 under 40”, Brand Innovators’ “Women to Watch in Brand Marketing” and Path to Purchase Institute’s “Who’s Who in eCommerce” and “Who’s Who in Digital Marketing”.

Brandi is an Independent Board Director for Employbridge, an Apollo Global Management portfolio company. She also serves on the nonprofit boards of the Chicago Architecture Center and University of Michigan Ross Alumni Board of Governors.
