Immensely Human Leadership.
Mental Resilience. Resourceful Creativity.

Join us for a restorative journey in the California Redwoods at a premium retreat complete with activities, learning, networking, and tranquility. Led by subject matter experts from the faculty at Michigan Ross, we tackle conversations on leading in today’s complex landscape, and making space to give back to yourself in order to be the best leader, and person, you can be.

  • Immensely Human Leadership: A strategic deep dive into the hurdles of leading effectively, i.e., achieving empathic accuracy, fostering emotionally intelligent workplace relationships, and regulating emotions optimally.
  • Vulnerability & Courage in Taking on the Uncertain: Learn and practice how to overcome the vulnerability of taking on unfamiliar challenges through courage, mental bricolage, and competent humility.
  • Mental Fitness & Resilience: One of the biggest challenges and opportunities for achieving sustainable thriving is understanding how to manage the inner conversations we have with ourselves.
Who Should Attend
  • Mid- to senior-level leaders
  • Managers seeking human-centric approaches as they prepare for their next level of leadership responsibility

Accommodation

You will be accommodated at the 1440 Multiversity in the California Redwoods, staying in a private premium balcony room for two nights.

This inclusive experience is easily accessible via Uber or other shuttle service from San Jose, CA airport (SJC). You can also fly into San Francisco (SFO) for an easy, but slightly longer drive. No car rental is needed, and if you have extra time, we highly recommend visiting nearby Santa Cruz! Both the redwoods and the ocean are good for the soul.

If you would like to stay an extra night on Thursday, we can arrange for additional evening accommodation.

Dress Code

The dress code for the event should be comfortable for learning and exploring while still maintaining a professional appearance.
