In an ever-evolving landscape, where change is the only constant, executive education leaders must navigate a complex web of challenges and opportunities to ensure their institutions thrive in the future. This year’s Directors' Conference, co-hosted by Unicon, Michigan Ross, Ivey School of Business, and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, is designed to equip directors with the insights, strategies, and tools necessary to lead their institutions successfully into the future.

This year's conference theme is: Winning in a New Era: Futurists' Perspectives of Our Industry.

Who Should Attend

All attendees must apply and be accepted. Space is limited. Applicants within the following roles will be considered to attend:

  • Head of executive education operations
  • Individuals at the next level reporting to the top leader in larger executive education operations
  • Professionals in the most senior strategic roles within executive education organizations

The application deadline is February 23, 2024, for one registration per member school. After that date, subject to availability, we will open registration to more than one registration per member school through March 15, 2024.

Accommodation

The accommodation for your stay is at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel. Upon confirmation of registration, we will share the hotel reservation link with you.


Dress Code

The dress code for the conference is business casual.


Venue

Ivey Business School Asia campus, named the Cheng Yu Tung Management Institute, is a state-of-the-art facility centrally located in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The campus features two case-teaching classrooms with a seating capacity of 100 people and 7 breakout rooms.

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) campus occupies a stunning 150-acre site overlooking the pristine Clear Water Bay, on the Sai Kung Peninsula. The area is famously considered one of Hong Kong’s havens for outdoor lovers.

Tuition & Fees

The conference fee is payable in advance in US dollars, is net of any tax, and includes:

  • Admission to all three days of the conference and evening activities 
  • Lunch is provided on all three days
  • Subject to a $250 cancellation fee
  • All attendees will be invoiced for conference fees to registered email address
