Offer Guidelines
All offers must be provided in writing, with the offer period beginning on the date the written offer is issued to the student.
Base compensation (salary, signing bonus, and performance bonuses) must remain unchanged through the offer deadline, though employers may offer incentives for early acceptance.

- MBA banking internship offers should remain open for at least three weeks
All Other Offer Deadlines
- Full-time offers to previous employees and/or summer interns should remain open for at least three weeks or until November 30, whichever is later.
