Commencement
All offers must be provided in writing, with the offer period beginning on the date the written offer is issued to the student.
Base compensation (salary, signing bonus, and performance bonuses) must remain unchanged through the offer deadline, though employers may offer incentives for early acceptance.
OYM Full Time Offer Deadlines
- Full-time offers following a summer internship should remain open for at least three weeks.
- Full-time accounting offers extended after Fall interviews should remain open for at least three weeks or until October 15, whichever is later.
- All other full-time offers should remain open for at least three weeks.
