Offer Guidelines
All offers must be provided in writing, with the offer period beginning on the date the written offer is issued to the student.
Base compensation (salary, signing bonus, and performance bonuses) must remain unchanged through the offer deadline, though employers may offer incentives for early acceptance.
Accounting Firms
- Internship offers following Summer Leadership Conferences should remain open for at least three weeks or until August 1, whichever is later.
- Full-time offers following a summer internship should remain open for at least three weeks.
- All other internship and full-time offers should remain open for at least three weeks or until October 15, whichever is later.
All Other Offer Deadlines
