Grace Balch

I consider myself fortunate to have earned both my BBA and MAcc degrees from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business! During my undergraduate studies, I undertook an audit internship with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Chicago office. However, upon graduation, I will transition to a full-time position at their Boston office. The MAcc program has been instrumental in preparing me for both the CPA exams and my future career. A significant portion of this preparation is credited to the exceptional professors who contribute to the success of the program. One of the most rewarding aspects of the program has been the opportunity to meet students from diverse backgrounds around the globe. Since the majority of MAcc students did not attend Michigan for their undergraduate studies, forming connections with this varied group has enriched my experience, allowing for the creation of a unique community. Currently, I serve as one of the social chairs for the MAcc Student Association (MSA), facilitating connections through events like formals and holiday celebrations.
