Supply Chain Governance --- This course examines economic principles and practical considerations affecting the successful governance of supply chain relationships. The course will examine the nature and most common sources of disputes and transactional frictions in buyer-supplier relationships, the operation of reputational forces in promoting cooperation, the role and limitations of contracts in securing performance, and the choice of contract terms that enhance value through the alignment of incentives and avoidance of unnecessary conflict.
