The Management & Organizations (MO) area at Michigan Ross prepares you to be a high-performing manager, change agent, consultant, or entrepreneur.

The MO faculty is recognized as one of the best departments in the world and generates cutting-edge knowledge and research. We teach courses that give students essential skills, knowledge, and capabilities to excel as leaders in any specialty area, including finance, marketing, accounting, or operations management. We are recognized for relevant research in topics like change management, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, cross-cultural management, ethics, leadership, negotiations, and positive organizational scholarship.

The MO group is highly interdisciplinary, with many faculty members holding joint appointments in areas such as Psychology, Sociology, Education, Natural Resources, and Organizational Studies.
