Plan Your Event

Promote your organization with a recruiting event that best suits your hiring goals. From formal interviews and presentations to lunches and social outings, there are multiple ways to connect with and build relationships with Michigan Ross students. Explore our event opportunities: 

Corporate Presentation

These one-hour events are an opportunity to build your brand in front of a large group of students. Corporate presentations can have an info session portion followed by networking opportunities.

Guidelines: Monday - Thursday evenings. MBA presentations are held at 4:45 p.m. or 6 p.m. ET. Undergraduate and One-Year Masters presentations are held at 5:45 p.m. or 7 p.m. ET. Friday presentations can be held during the day.


Coffee Chats

Coffee chats can be held in person or virtually. Coffee chats give companies the opportunity to meet with students during an assigned time slot informally 1:1 or 3:1 for sophomore students only. 

Guidelines: Monday - Friday during the day between 8 a.m - 5 p.m ET, if held on site.


Meet & Greet

Meet & Greets are for reserving a lobby table in our Winter Garden. This gives the company an opportunity to build relationships with interested students passing by and helps build your brand on campus. 

Guidelines: Monday - Thursday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET


Off-Campus Recruiting Event

Off-campus recruiting events include happy hours, social events, etc. held off-campus.

Guidelines: Monday-Friday


Educational Workshop

Educational workshops can be held virtually or in person. Educational workshops immerse students in the specific industry your company resides in, and provides a larger picture of that industry. 

Guidelines: Monday - Friday. Please contact your Employer Relations Manager to discuss the workshop time and format. 


Case Competition

Case Competitions can be held in person or virtually. Case competitions allows students the opportunity to evaluate, analyze and solve a business problem. 

Guidelines: Fridays only - to avoid student classes.

We are presenting other as an option if you feel your event doesn’t fall under any of the event types listed in Ross Recruit. If you select other, you can detail the event type in the event description.

Many U-M venues are within walking distance of Michigan Ross. Meeting rooms for a variety small or large capacity groups are available in Michigan League, Michigan Union, Pierpoint Commons & Palmer Commons. Take a look at all the meeting rooms available to you. Browse by capacity or building.
