Colleen Healy
Colleen Healy is a board director of Enerpac Tool Group (NYSE: EPAC) and serves on its audit committee with cybersecurity risk oversight responsibilities. She is a former Chief Financial Officer of public and private technology companies. Colleen brings over 25 years of finance and go-to-market experience gained at leading companies in their industries, including Microsoft, SailPoint and TransUnion.
In her most recent operating role as Chief Financial Officer of cybersecurity technology leader SailPoint Technologies (then NYSE: SAIL), she played a key role in its $7 billion sale to Thoma Bravo in 2022. This valuation represented a 48% premium and one of the highest-ever multiples (13x revenue) paid by a private equity firm. At TransUnion (NYSE: TRU), she led its IPO process and delivered the 8th largest IPO of 2015. Over her almost 20-year career at Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), she was instrumental in driving growth through several different business cycles and transitioning the company’s business model, including to the cloud. She was a founding member of Microsoft’s first corporate development group in 1995, where she established best practices for consummating mergers and acquisitions. She ran a $10 billion investment portfolio on Microsoft’s Treasury and Capital Markets desk, earning recognition by Treasury & Risk magazine. She also led Microsoft’s Investor Relations function and became an award-winning communicator with Wall Street.
In addition to her finance expertise, she is a proven leader of sales, channel and go-to-market (GTM) organizations. As General Manager of Financial Services Industry at Microsoft, she generated double-digit compound annual growth rates and doubled revenue over 6 years to exceed $1 billion for the software, SaaS and cloud business targeting financial services enterprise customers.
She started her career in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics from the University of Michigan. Colleen lives in Chicago with her husband. She enjoys running outdoors year-round, hiking in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, and experiencing live blues and jazz music at venues with historic significance.
