The Ross BBA Admissions Team is here to support you during your application process to Ross. We hope you'll reach out to us with any questions you may have about our program or application.

Blaire Moody Rideout, PhD
Director of Undergraduate Admissions
My Role: I have full responsibility for the undergraduate admissions process at Michigan Ross, which includes leading the wonderful Ross Undergraduate Admissions Team! And while I direct the admissions process for all the three pathways to Ross, I do not make admission decisions by myself. We take a committee-based approach in reviewing your application. This approach ensures a holistic review with many reader perspectives to form a well-rounded and broadly diverse class.
My Advice for Prospective Students: Be honest and true to yourself. And if so, YOU will guide where to apply to college and ultimately where to attend.
What I Currently Listen To: My two boys and I love to listen to NPR's WOW in the World anytime of day. I mean who doesn't like Mindy and Guy Raz?!?

Greta Adornetto
Assistant Director of Recruitment Initiatives
My Role: I love talking with students and their families! I get the pleasure of working with prospective high school students throughout the application process and manage our visit experience, including our Ross BBA Ambassadors. I also oversee the Business Minor application process for current U-M students.
My Advice for Prospective Students: Be reflective and think about the activities, experiences, people, and events that have shaped you into who you are. Don't just compile these as a list of accomplishments, but think about the lessons learned and the growth you have experienced from these. This will help you create an authentic college application!
What I Currently Listen To: My favorite podcast is No Such Thing As A Fish.

Kim Williams
Assistant Director of Transfer and Outreach Initiatives
My Role: I manage our diversity recruitment initiatives by building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and families from underrepresented populations and organizations that serve them. This includes managing our transfer admissions process, facilitating our fly-in programs, such as All-Access Weekend, and working with Michigan community colleges and other community-based organizations across the nation to develop strong pipelines of highly-motivated students.
My Advice for Prospective Students: Believe in yourself! Know that every student has a story to tell and has something unique about them!
