Get guidance from a career coach dedicated to helping students prepare for and learn more about real estate roles, or connect with a CDO peer coach pursuing a career in real estate. Our Career Development Office (CDO) also offers personal and career exploration support, real estate job search coaching, interview preparation, and job negotiation training, among other resources. CDO also has a dedicated Industry Relations Manager in real estate who manages relationships with companies and sources opportunities for students.

Learn how to take a progressive approach to real estate, gaining the necessary skills and experience to incorporate real estate and market fundamentals to address issues of inequality, sustainability, and conservation. 

The Real Estate Development Minor is offered by the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning and is open to students enrolled in the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and the School of Kinesiology.
