Alecia Dillon is a mission-driven financial leader who believes that bold, strategic investments can transform communities and close equity gaps. As Chief Financial Officer of the Health Foundation of South Florida, she oversees a $200 million endowment and leads all financial, human resources, and IT operations—including accounting, audit, treasury, financial reporting, tax, and investor relations.

Since joining the Foundation in 2021, Alecia has helped steward more than $15.3 million in grants and strategic investments, fueling health equity, economic justice, and housing security across South Florida. Her leadership has supported high-impact initiatives such as a $1 million impact investment in affordable housing through the Florida Community Loan Fund, and over $3.5 million in grant programs in 2024 alone, directly benefiting tens of thousands of residents—particularly children, Black men, and other historically underserved populations.

In addition to her work at the Foundation, Alecia serves as Treasurer of the Florida Community Loan Fund, where she helps advance financial strategies that expand access to capital for mission-aligned development projects across the state. She is also a Principal at REV Global, advising companies around the world on strategic finance, operational sustainability, and impact-driven growth.

Alecia brings more than 17 years of executive experience in finance and operations. Prior to her current roles, she served as CFO of the Northern Arizona University Foundation, where she oversaw a $350 million endowment and $12 million operating budget. Her career spans key leadership roles in finance, IT, and HR at the University of Michigan Athletics, the Capital Group (American Funds), and Brickley DeLong. She began her career in public accounting.

She earned her Executive MBA from the University of Michigan, where she also holds a Certificate in Executive Positive Leadership from the Ross School of Business. Alecia is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA from Grand Valley State University, where she was a student-athlete in cross country and track and a member of the dance team.

What distinguishes Alecia is a rare combination of financial intelligence, investment savvy, and emotional acuity. She brings a sharp analytical lens to every opportunity—whether optimizing capital structures, evaluating mission-aligned investments, or guiding strategic growth. At the same time, she has a keen ability to understand people and build trust, making her a sought-after advisor, collaborator, and thought partner. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that enduring change happens at the intersection of smart strategy, courageous investment, and deep community insight.
