Cynthia Hammersley
Cynthia graduated from the UM Business School in 1989 with an MBA. Cynthia spent the bulk of her 42-year career in technology sales to industry. As computer technology developed from mainframes and mini computers, to the internet and the rise of software, she was able to participate in each new wave of advancements. Many of the quantitative skills she learned as part of her MBA studies were invaluable to consistently putting her ahead of her competitors and colleagues in performance and results.
It is important to note that she was the first and only person in her family to attend college, and understands the challenges others from similar backgrounds may face. Cynthia has a strong desire to assist others, especially women, to achieve similar success in their careers.
