Jason Park
Jason Park was the Chief Financial Officer of DraftKings (NASDAQ: DKNG) from 2019 to 2024. Mr. Park joined DraftKings in that capacity in June 2019, and was responsible for the accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis and investor relations departments. Park played an instrumental role in executing the Company’s Business Combination and subsequent listing on the Nasdaq, as well as overseeing the successive rounds of capital market fundraising.
Prior to joining DraftKings, from January 2009 to June 2019, Mr. Park worked at Bain Capital Private Equity where he was an Operating Partner and focused on technology investments. For more than 10 years, Mr. Park worked collaboratively with chief executive officers, chief financial officers and management teams to develop and achieve value creation plans. Before Bain Capital, Mr. Park was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Jason Park is currently the Chief Transformation Officer of DraftKings where he continues to partner with the CEO, Board, and Executive Team to chart the multi-year path forward for DraftKings. Mr. Park serves as the Audit Chair for Fetch, Audit Chair for Bold Eagle Acquisition, Board Member of Drive by DraftKings, and an advisor for Eldridge-backed Metropolis.
Mr. Park received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a MAcc (Master of Accountancy) and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
