Career Background
Mr. Sporer is a Partner at Lakewood, a New York-based hedge fund, which he joined in April 2012. Prior to joining Lakewood, Mr. Sporer was an associate at Strategic Value Partners, where he was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities in distressed credit.
Previously, he was an associate at TowerBrook Capital Partners, where he worked on various private equity transactions. Mr. Sporer began his career as an investment banking analyst at Lazard.
