Mike Whitted

J. Michael Whitted is Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development for Hillenbrand, Inc. Before coming to Hillenbrand, he served as Vice President, Corporate Development for SPX Corporation and SPX Flow, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina.

During his career, Michael has advised on more than 150 transactions, representing transaction volume in excess of $25 billion.  Prior to his role with SPX, he served as Vice President for Bear Stearns. His experience also includes roles at CIBC World Markets and Bankers Trust.
