Omer Ismail has experience advising global pharmaceutical/biotech clients across a range of commercialization disciplines, spanning brand strategy, market research (qualitative and quantitative), analytics, and sales force effectiveness. He has worked on over 300 consulting and market research engagements over the past 10 years.
Omer has held multiple roles in support of clients, including 10+ years working on pipeline and inline strategy in oncology that includes managing scoped project engagements and secondments to lead marketing and insight development efforts for biotechs and major pharma companies (e.g., interim insights lead for oncology biosimilars, member of immunoncology launch asset marketing team).
Omer has also served as interim brand lead with P&L responsibility for a $600M portfolio of immunology and GI products, led the launch and management of reimbursement hub support services for a Women’s Healthcare device, and helped to reshape the customer experience for an established player in the eye care space to confront a rapidly changing landscape
Prior to joining BluePrint, Omer was a Consultant at ZS Associates and held multiple Research Assistant roles in academic labs at the University of Michigan. Omer holds a BBA with High Distinction and minor in Statistics from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan
