Rema Nasif is the Managing Director of CX Strategy & Insights at OneMagnify in Detroit, MI. She is responsible for driving and reshaping marketing strategies with her global clients including evaluating existing strategies and identifying ways to optimize based on data & analytics. She has deployed numerous customer surveys and has analyzed website and email campaign performance, all to enhance customers’ experiences within their journeys and across their value chains. She serves on the Executive Leadership Team at OneMagnify, a 600-person global organization sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Technology and Analytics.
She is a boomerang to OneMagnify, having joined in 2003 post her BBA from Michigan Ross when it was called Marketing Associates. Following her initial career at OneMagnify, Rema went on to pursue her MBA from Wharton School of Business and joined Deloitte Consulting after graduation. Her engagements were primarily in the Consumer Products Industry where she worked with Fortune 500 clients on various trade promotion management strategies between the CPG and Retailer as well as strategies to optimize supply chain networks.
Locally, Rema has served as president for the Michigan Ross Alumni Club of Ann Arbor and Southeastern Michigan until 2020. She is involved in the United Way of Southeastern Michigan’s Emerging Philanthropists and serves on the committee for Women United. Rema and her husband, Michel (UM Dental ’04), are avid Wolverines and are sprouting two budding fans Jordan (4) and Mila (2), while trying to enjoy a round of golf or an overseas travel adventure.
