Career Background

Seth Katzenstein is a Managing Director and Head of Liquid Credit at Antares Capital, where he leads the firm’s liquid credit platform and serves on the Liquid Credit Investment Committee. He has more than 25 years of experience investing in senior secured loans and high yield bonds across multiple market cycles. Prior to joining Antares in 2023, Seth spent nine years at Intermediate Capital Group, where he was a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Loans & High Yield. Earlier in his career, he held portfolio management and credit trading roles at Black Diamond Capital Management and GSC Group, and began his career in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney. 

Seth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, graduating with high distinction. He lives in New York City with his wife and their two children.
