Michigan Ross M-Coaches advise and support executives and teams at various levels of an organization, from high-potential middle managers to the CEO. M-Coaches are among today's most acclaimed thought leaders, and have extensive experience in advising and developing executives on a global basis.

Executive Development

Enter a confidential, trusted partnership with an M-Coach to address your unique development needs and gain a fresh perspective. The Michigan Model of Coaching is grounded in faculty research from Ross’ Center for Positive Organizations, including the Michigan Model of Leadership, Mindful Engagement, Reflected Best-Self, and more. Learn what kinds of work situations elicit your best performances and unlock unknown potential to improve productivity and performance. Executive Development Coaching engagements are typically 6 or 12 months in duration.

Strategy Coaching and Advising for CEOs and Senior Executives

Unlike a strategy consultant who may suggest a generic competition model, M-Coaches partner directly with the CEO and senior team to build a customized strategy from within. Both you and your team will experience significant professional growth throughout the deployment process.

Executive Team Coaching

Develop the leadership and managerial skills required to create and promote high-performing executive teams. Coaching sessions focus on diagnosing and improving team performance, developing strategies for effective group decision-making, and using teams to manage change.

Coaching for Executive Education Programs

Michigan Ross Executive Education programs incorporate coaching to augment classroom learning with personalized guidance and feedback. Coaching helps Executive Education participants apply new leadership concepts in their individual roles and environments.

Coaching Workshops

Ross offers custom-designed, multi-day coaching sessions that can be delivered at your location. These programs are for managers with wide-ranging responsibility for engaging people, and who wish to build coaching strategies and skills to develop other leaders.
