Darryl Elmouchi, MD ’98/MBA ’16, was appointed chief medical officer of Spectrum Health Hospital Group in Grand Rapids, Mich. He will assist in setting the strategic direction for the hospital group. His responsibilities will extend throughout Spectrum Health’s 12 hospitals and other care sites. Most recently, he served as chief of the division of cardiovascular medicine at Spectrum Health Medical Group and as chair of the department of cardiovascular medicine at Spectrum Health hospitals. He also holds an appointment as assistant professor of medicine at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine.
