Effective December 28, 2025, Ram Krishnan stepped into the role of CEO, PepsiCo North America.

Ram’s career journey is a testament to the Michigan Ross commitment to developing bold, innovative leaders. He is known for accelerating innovation and transformation at PepsiCo, most recently energizing the U.S. Beverages division through portfolio innovation and go-to-market strategy. Now, as CEO, he leads an ambitious agenda to integrate Foods and Beverages operations for greater value, sharpening PepsiCo’s consumer-first focus.

Ram’s trajectory powerfully reminds us of the reach and impact Michigan Ross alumni have in shaping global business and driving positive change. His broad leadership from cross-functional expertise to international experience reflects the dynamic preparation and perspective that can be fostered at Michigan Ross.
