Agustin Martinez Osso
I’m originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, but I’ve called Monterrey, Mexico home for the past 16 years. I earned my bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Tec de Monterrey and began my career as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, where I assisted companies across various industries with their hiring needs. After nearly three years, I transitioned to the Consumer Goods sector, culminating in my role as a Business Intelligence Leader. There, I implemented tech tool and helped the company create the Digital Transformation function. This last project made me realize the tremendous impact and importance that digital products can have in shaping the future of a company.
I decided to pursue an MBA because I recognized the need to develop my strategic thinking skills to drive impactful change, to hone my business expertise, and to leverage my experience with digital tools to pivot intro Product Management.
Ross stood out as the perfect place to pursue my MBA not only because of its action-based learning, but also because everyone I met during my application at Ross was extremely helpful, welcoming and supportive, values that truly resonated with me.
If you have any questions about what life at Ross looks like, the application process, living in Ann Arbor, or anything else, I’d be more than happy to share my experiences!
