Alex Arantes

I’m a dual citizen who grew up navigating both American and Brazilian cultures, which shaped my passion for connecting across borders. As an engineer, I started in manufacturing before moving into global operations, where I helped scale tech startups alongside multicultural teams across Europe, North America, and Latin America.

At Ross, I’m part of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations, focusing on consulting, scaling businesses, and exploring rotational leadership programs, while also pursuing my long-term interest in prosthetics, medical devices, and the healthcare industry.

Outside the classroom, I’m a licensed skydiver, scuba diver, and outdoor enthusiast. Ross has been an incredible place to grow, and I want to pay forward the support I received from fellow Rossers. I’m always happy to share my experience, so feel free to reach out.
