Aline Louise de Souza
Before Ross, I wore many different hats in Education: English teacher in a language school, curriculum developer in an EdTech and educational specialist in a nonprofit. Over 6 years, I created English learning programs, led cross-functional teams, and developed innovative curricula that reached thousands of learners. My career has focused on expanding access to education through technology, inclusive design, and teacher training, always with the goal of driving measurable impact.
I chose Ross for its strong commitment to social impact and its wealth of opportunities to create change through initiatives like Business+Impact, MAP, and student-led clubs. These experiences provide the chance to gain hands-on exposure to strategy, product management, and other critical skills. My goal is to leverage my background in education together with my MBA emphasis in strategy to build a career in strategic development for impact-driven organizations and, ultimately, to expand education access for underrepresented communities in Brazil.
Outside of school, I am passionate about journaling, painting, running, and filmmaking—creative outlets that help me reflect, stay grounded, and express my voice. As a Student Ambassador, I’m committed to supporting prospective students, amplifying diverse voices, and paving the way for more Afro-Latinas to lead in business.
